About me...

I grew up in Port Arthur, Texas before moving to Stockton, California in 1993. After high school, I went to UCLA majoring in Biology. I also hold a degree in Education from California State University, Stanislaus. And in 2005, I received my Masters in Educational Technology.
I taught at Elmwood Elementary School for seven wonderful years before moving to SUSD Curriculum Department as a Technology Specialist in 2007. Finally, last year, I went back to the classroom at Rio Calaveras Elementary School. I love being in a classroom teaching students. I love to see them smile, laugh, and having fun at what they do. I want them to enjoy being in school and being around them makes my life more enjoyable.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family: My wife Kim, daughter Kayla, and three sons, Andrew, Patrick, and Matthew. I like to read mystery novels, work around the house, weekend basketball with friends, and fishing with my family. My hobbies include music, collecting cards and computer stuff.
